 Hi! I’m Becky Faudree. I’ve spent my career building high-attribute protein programs that help move the industry forward—at the intersection of procurement, supply chain strategy, supplier partnerships, utilization, and commercialization. Over the years, I’ve led end-to-end sourcing and program development across meat, poultry, and seafood, with a strong focus on quality, claims, animal welfare, and sustainable growth.

Most recently, as Vice President of Procurement at ButcherBox, I led a large procurement and sourcing portfolio, overseeing contract negotiations, sourcing strategy, and supply planning. I also served as a key point of contact for customer program development— helping grow retail fresh and frozen programs into major partners like Target and Costco.

Before that, I built and scaled utilization-driven programs as a leader at Country Natural Beef, and in operations, sales and product development roles at Panorama Meats, where I developed case-ready programs and supported product line growth and diversification to improve utilization, profitability and resilience. Earlier in my career at Whole Foods, I led global meat purchasing, helping develop national and regional meat programs and new item development.
